Controversies of Fighter Movie:
Haniya Aamir, Adnan Siddiqui, and several other Pakistani artists criticized the film’s story after the release of the trailer. Haniya expressed her disappointment on Instagram, stating, It is sad and unfortunate that there are artists who are aware of the power of cinema in this time and age and still choose to move forward and create a rift between two countries. Following this, Siddharth Anand responded to those tweets, revealing that Haniya had acted in anti-India films in the past.
Adnan Siddiqui did not mention the film’s name but recently tweeted, Bollywood, once celebrated for love, now weaves tales of hatred, portraying us as villains. Despite our love for your films, this is disheartening. Art transcends boundaries; let’s use it to promote love and peace. The victims of politics are two nations better off as characters.
